Last updated: September 10, 2026

Central Coast Catch, LLC ("Central Coast Catch," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, submit a form, or otherwise interact with us, and describes the rights available to you under California law.

1. Information We Collect

When you use our website or submit a form (such as our "Get Your Free Online Health Check" form), we may collect: business name, contact name, phone number, email address, website URL, business type, information about your business challenges or needs, preferred contact time, and any other information you voluntarily provide.
We may also automatically collect technical information when you visit our site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, through cookies and similar tracking technologies, including advertising pixels from Meta and Google.
Retention: We retain the information above for as long as you remain a prospective or active client, and for up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required to comply with legal, accounting, or tax obligations.

2. Notice at Collection

At or before the point we collect your personal information (for example, when you submit our Health Check form), we are providing you notice that: we collect the categories of information listed in Section 1; we use it for the purposes listed in Section 3; we do not sell or share your personal information; and we retain it per the schedule described in Section 1. This section serves as our notice at collection under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiry, contact you by phone, text, or email regarding that inquiry, evaluate your business's online presence, improve our website and services, send marketing communications if you've opted in, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Communications

If you separately consent to receive text messages from us (via a dedicated consent checkbox, not this policy), we may send SMS messages related to your inquiry, appointment reminders, follow-ups, and service updates, including by automated means.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • Message frequency varies.

  • Reply "STOP" to opt out at any time; reply "HELP" for assistance.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Email Communications

If you opt in to email communications, you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any marketing email, or by contacting us directly.

6. Phone Calls and Call Recording

If you call us or we call you regarding your inquiry, your call may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance or training purposes. You will be notified of this at the start of any recorded call, consistent with California's all-party consent requirement for call recording.

7. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose your information to: service providers who operate our CRM and lead-management systems; advertising platforms (Meta and Google), which independently use tracking technologies subject to their own privacy policies; and legal authorities, if required by law.

8. Cookies, Pixels, and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and pixel-based tracking technologies to measure traffic and advertising performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will treat that signal as a valid opt-out-of-sale/share request for your visit, and will display a confirmation when that signal has been honored.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Your Rights (California Residents)

Under the CCPA and CPRA, California residents have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose

  • Delete their personal information

  • Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about them

  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information, where applicable
